I just received a copy of your book hoping their would be a pic of each woman from the show. Instead you have only a chosen few. So, my question is, since the book is so then anyway, why Not ???!!!!!!!!!!!

The publisher doesn't have permission to print everyone's likeness. They only did for those whom they had permission from. That's why I put the rest of them on the site.
